If you cancel your order before a license key has been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
Because license keys are digital and activation is generally irreversible, refunds are not available once a key has been delivered and activated, except where the license is defective or was not as described.
If a license key fails to activate or is invalid through no fault of the customer, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
